[TheThinkTank] Software specifically for Bicycle Collectives

There are a few of us working on some software to keep track of
volunteer hours, bike repairs, events, etc.,... as they apply
specifically to bike collectives.  The more input into the design
process the better as well as any help from some computer savvy
programmers in the midst.
