I am in a similar situation with a Bike Co-op in Tempe, Az. We are new and
I have been working on the business plan, but right now we seem to not be at
the organization level to implement most of the business plan. What are
some ways to work the organization and structure into a co-op that has
primarily been a hangout (while still getting stuff done)? Also, are there
any tips on the business plan, since it is usually required to apply for
grants.
Thanks,
Norman
