[TheThinkTank] [community-bike] getting and holding onto volunteers?

Great!! How does it work?  Just be warned, pretty soon every function  
in town will be requesting that thing.  for orgs that i know, i just  
let them borrow it.  for the ones i don't know, i try to get them to  
supply the ingredients.  that way i don't need to bike cart  
everything and do less work.  HA!
