It is up to each shop/collective to add themselves to the BCN. If you
follow the link to the directory in the main menu or from along the
top, you should see a link in the main content section for "Add
Entry". If you want it to show up on the map, you have to add the
latitude and longitude.

As far as your other questions, not sure.
