[TheThinkTank] Bike Collective Demographics

At bikebike 2 yrs ago, someone made the comment that there should be a 
bike-collective every eight blocks.  I'm inclined to agree. They should 
be as common as gas stations.

The more critical type of support you may need is a sufficient number of 
committed volunteers.
