We had one rule in our bike shop, and the kids enforced it in a democratic  
method.
 
The rule is : Act Professionally
 
Professional language
Professional tool usage
Professional Trip planning
Professional fun
Professional acts
Professional goals
Professional education 
Professional EVERYTHING
There are thousands of positive professional things you, volunteers, and  
kids can do every day.
