[TheThinkTank] suicide brake levers into diy tire levers...need pics and/or plans...

We do that at our bike co-op, basically we saw them in half, then
grind a concavity into one end, and then a groove on the other side so
one can attach it to the spoke.  Basically follows the model of a
plastic tire lever.  I'll holler at the resident bike master, and I'll
pass the plans onto you.
