[TheThinkTank] patch kits

[Urban Bike Project of Wilmington, Inc.]

Where do you guys/gals purchase patches and tube glue?  The only thing
readily available to us is individual patch kits.  There is always more glue
left over than there are patches (waste) and there are always patches that
are unnecessarily huge.  Are there bulk kits available and what do you all
use?
