[TheThinkTank] Kicked out of Bike!Bike!?!

As a (very passive) observer of this episode, I very much appreciate the
clarification re: Eric's military and intelligence ties. This makes the
decision a lot more understandable; I also appreciate the willingness of
Bicis Disidentes and Enclave Caracol in being transparent about their
role in the events, and their stance.

It could be argued that including him could have influenced him for the
better, and that excluding him didn't really make anyone safer
considering that his openess about his background could make it trivial
to exclude him from sensitive discussions, but then again we all should
be aware how aggressively and ruthlessly U.S. intelligence operatives
work to subvert and destroy communal and anticapitalist initiatives in
central and south america - and what good would someone associated with
U.S. intelligence ultimately be looking to do? Guilt by association is a
precarious concept, but in this case I can see why people might have
chosen to err on the side of caution.

Ride safe, cyclistas!
