is a tool really designed for fixed cup removal (similar to big bolt + nut "pinching" method, but actually engages with those  little flats), but would also work, I think, as an adjustable cup wrench (just without the bolt to hold it tightly on -- same problem as pretty much every BB wrench) ... this guy also makes just about the only cotter pin press that you can find anymore.
