Congrats!

The Bike Church in Santa Cruz, CA has been renting the same location for over 20 years. The City will be rezoning our area for taller / more dense development soon, so we're preparing for an eviction notice in the not too distant future, and ideally we leave before that happens.... Will be launching a capital campaign here soon to try to buy a shop space. If anyone has tips (for fundraising, financing, etc), we're all ears!

I wonder how many bike co-ops own their own shop free and clear? We just made the last payment on our shop in Lansing, Michigan. It’s an old corner gas station. We have used it for other things in addition to the bike shop, like for music and for a comedy show! Not a great pic. This place is hoppin’ twice a week.
