[TheThinkTank] Advice for hiring an Exec Director

Our organization, the Fort Collins Bike Co-op, based in Fort Collins, CO is looking to hire an ED and we would like to leverage what other collectives have already learnt. Please send me any job descriptions for Exec Dir or words of wisdom you have as we step in this direction. I'd also be interested in how you initially structured a compensation package.
