We are the fireweed universe city bicycle collective. Our mission is to mobilize the North End of Detroit by providing access to donated bikes, tools and parts, and teach bicycle repair. Through hands on workshops the community will learn road safety and how to build and maintain a bicycle.
This is what I have so far. I'm not sure if there is anything else I would need to say. I did a small fundraiser and got bought the parktool ak37 kit and was gifted a large open-end wrench set and a few socket sets.

Greetings and namaste,
We would like to run our collective under another persons 501c3 they told us that we would need to give them our mission statement etc to set up the paper work. i dont think i should try and reinvent the wheel here and im wondering if someone could send me their paper work that is doing the same sort of thing or a generic version and i could just use that so that i can pass it on. and then we can begin giving tax writeoffs in exchange for bikes from the community.
