$800 /month, 780 sq ft.  $1.02/sqft.  Downtown location, below market price per sq ft.  Owned by the city, who worked with us to keep the rent down.  Utilities are included (it's CA, climate control isn't a signification cost).

Space is shared with our parent bicycle coalition, they use the other 180 sq ft for an office and our main room for meetings, classes, etc.
$400/month is our collective's share of the rent ($0.66/sqft)
