[TheThinkTank] Articles of incorporation and bylaws

after over 10 years of running without any sort of tax status or business license, Krank It Up Community Bicycle Project has decided to apply for 501(c)3 status. we run as a collective and we want to create bylaws that reflect that model. i know that some shops had there articles and bylaws posted on the bikecollective wiki site, but these documents seem currently unaccessible. would you be willing to email these documents to us to help us create our bylaws? thanks Justin oldfieldcycles@gmail.com
