We use one that an ex-volunteer created using php. It does pretty much everything that you listed but is currently not very user friendly or easy to deploy. I've been planning to see if I can get some folks together to create new, more stable software that will hopefully work for us all. In the meantime, if you (or anyone else) would like the use of the Bike Tree, I would be happy to send you the software and help deploy it. We have a
short description on our wiki.

Subject: [TheThinkTank] POS options
Hello,
I know this has come up before and in looking through the archives found reference to our own homemade POS, but I am undertaking the task of researching options for a new POS system for our space and thought I'd throw it out to this great resource.
What POS systems do you all use
To inventory and track sales of new and used parts?
Use of the shop?
Project Bicycles, Earn-a-Bike bicycles?
Work trade?
Do any of you have one system that does it all?
Thanks!
Kelly
