I just learned about the <a href="http://es.epa.gov/ncer/p3/">EPA&#39;s P3 program</a> from someone who&#39;s been awarded a grant to create a community bike shop at Appalachian State University.&nbsp; Just wanted to pass the word along to folks doing campus-based work.
