hey everyone,<br><br>at our shop we have a display case - new donations are sorted and the most desirable parts are shined up, priced by a senior mechanic, and stashed in the case. everything else goes in the bins and anything in the bins is generally five bucks. or free if the person really had to dig. that way the nice things are safe from gleaners, and if some one with no money needs a nice part, staff can always cut use their discretion to cut a special deal.
