Dear fellow Thinktankers:

My name is Roy Dudley and I have lived in Xalapa, Veracruz México for the past 41 years, an active member of Rotary International for 30 years and an avid cyclists for 57 years. We have started a Rotary program called “Rueda con Rotary”(Ride with Rotary) where we promote the use of bicycles as transportation, especially with the community bike workshops and events like “Bicitón” where people donate their used bikes and parts.

We would like to extend an invitation for volunteers who would like to come down for a month or more to help start and work with existing community bike workshops. This  is a wonderful opportunity to get to know this incredible part of Mexico, the state of Veracruz.
