does anyone know what a good glue or cement would be for gluing inner tubes together? i&#39;m working on a diy design for waterproof shoe covers, but can&#39;t find any glue that will bond the rubber like a patch kit seems to...i&#39;d like them to be as bomber as possible, as i&#39;m pretty sure they&#39;ll get used and abused. <br>
