Attached is our General Liability Waiver and Photo Release (English only).  Our event includes a 1, 3, and 12 mile community ride, and is not a race.  We have learned that (in the US at least) a waiver doesn't mean much legally, but most insurance companies require one to help reduce potential claims (and reduce your insurance premium for the event).  We include a photo release in the form and require everyone that registers to have consented to both, or they cannot participate.  We have never had any issue or claim in the past 2 years.
