Who we are:

The mission of the Corvallis Bicycle Collective is to enhance health, wellness, sustainability and happiness through bicycling. The Corvallis Bicycle Collective (CBC) shop is a community gathering place, a do-it-yourself workshop, a non-traditional retail space, and an ongoing instructional clinic. We sell used bicycles and parts collected by community donations, as well as some new accessories and components. The income from these sales supports the operation of our DIY workstands. The CBC does not offer repair services, instead providing tools, knowledge and support to the community for free during shop hours. 

Job Overview:

The Weekend Assistant Shop Manager is a part time, permanent position reporting to the Shop Manager. The Assistant Shop Manager will manage and oversee all aspects of the shop’s weekend operations, including opening and closing the shop, making sales transactions, accepting donations of bikes and parts, supporting volunteers, and overseeing do-it-yourself repair work.
