Dear Think Tank,

We know that many of you are planning to attend Bike!Bike! 2013 in New Orleans October 3-6th this year. This is a call out to encourage people to register on the website www.BikeBike.org

We are planning a comprehensive conference and we'd like as many of you to pre-register as possible. At this point the event is less than 2 months away and we can only guarantee housing (included in the conference!!!) if you register by September 10th at the latest. Please time some find in your schedule to register online soon if you plan on coming. It will help us greatly in our planning.

Additionally, this is a call for workshop registration. There is an option on the website to register the workshop you'd like to present. Please help us by submitting any potential workshops soon. We're trying to avoid last minute "cramming" and want this event to be well organized and run smoothly. We've been hard at working putting together an exciting and diverse conference (with multiple dance parties!!!!) and all we need from you is some input. One-sided relationships aren't healthy!
