Hello Erin - Our location is a member run teaching & educational shop and we currently do not have a "Bike Library" or lease or rent bikes. All members sign a liability waiver when they join.   Several campus units within the University manage their own small fleets for inter-campus trips. There are additional resources available for your information from the think-tank
Please visit: <http://www.bikecollectives.org/wiki/index.php?title=Insurance>
You might also join that list sever and post your inquiry, there are a broad range of ideas on the subject.
Good luck - carl
