This company has some excellent products including kits for building no-weld trailers. A little pricier than from scratch but more or less fool proof. I have a custom cargo that I built from a kit and their standard canoe trailer and both work exceptionally well. I use the cargo trailer mostly to haul my hockey equipment to the rink (year round in Ottawa, yes most people think I'm crazy), occasionally for groceries or other errands. Largest item I have hauled is a 28" snowblower.

Does anyone have decent plans for home made trailers or panniers?
