We use the attached form for volunteer projects, a staff mechanic always does a once over after the build is finished. We always check if the seatpost is stuck before starting a build!
Another think that we have found really helpful is that B!KE also has a color code system on bike tags. We print on a five pack of color paper and each color means something: Orange, as is bike; Green, refurbished bike; Yellow, bike in progress; Pink, members bike (not for sale); Purple, EAB project (not for sale).
