[TheThinkTank] reading list/online resources for bike mechanics?

hey all.

while working on putting together a list of websites, online tutorials, books, etc, that are helpful for budding/experienced mechanics, it occurred to me that a lot of people on this list would be helpful in gathering such a list, and could probably benefit from it also.
