We tried "Trans ANd Girls, Yeah!" or TANGY!  It was funny among the few of us participating.
If the bike co-op world pulls off finding a good word that's positive, non-othering, and inclusive about describing everyone but gender straight bio-dudes, I will be very impressed.  : )
