I’m about to start some staff training and I’m looking for
materials for helping teach our staff how to better & more quickly diagnose
bike problems as they come into the shop, both for more accurate estimating and
for the mechanics to be able to more quickly do the proper (& complete)
repairs. Do any of you have anything like this already written up or know
of something like this online that you can direct me to?
I tried browsing the Bike Collectives web site for such
resources and only found a lot of broken links.
Many thanks in advance for anything you might have or know
of,
Tim
