You might want to take a look at GiftWorks (http://www.giftworksconnect.com/). Its pricing structure is application-based, rather than Volgistics' data-based, so it might come out a bit cheaper for you.
We don't use it at the Sacramento Bicycle Kitchen, but our local advocacy group's volunteer coordinator shat bricks when he saw the volunteer tracking features.
