Here's our shifting demo tool (lol sorry facing driveside in, so tacky):
It's mounted on a 2x4 so we can bring it to outreach events and clamp it to a table easily:

This one is color coded for luck nuts vs adjustable cups, and we still need to make it mountable on the wall so it can come and go.
These are both intended to be mounted in our shop area when people first enter, but we are still remodeling ;) and modular so they can come and go to events and back to the space.
