we are in the back (warehouse) of a commercial storefront in downtown tempe.
it's $1000/month for about 2000 sq ft.
Storefront:$800 /month, 780 sq ft. $1.02/sqft. Downtown location, below market price per sq ft. Owned by the city, who worked with us to keep the rent down. Utilities are included (it's CA, climate control isn't a signification cost).Space is shared with our parent bicycle coalition, they use the other 180 sq ft for an office and our main room for meetings, classes, etc.$400/month is our collective's share of the rent ($0.66/sqft)See our website below for some photos. We think this is an absolute steal for being in the downtown core and ON our city's main bike blvd.Storage location$125/month, ~200 sq/ftRats and all, but great for keeping our piles of junk. Near downtown, also a decent deal for the area.BrianSLO Bike KitchenSan Luis Obispo, CAOn Tue, Nov 23, 2010 at 04:28, Tim Buckingham <politicalhero@gmail.com> wrote:
What are folks paying in rent and for how much space?
