I heard mention at the recent Youth Bike Summit that Bikes not Bombs ordered a packed contain from chi/wan at some point, whereas the lights were under $1 each...

I would love to know more myself.

Our city bicycle advisory board got a great deal on a few hundred sets of lights from Planet Bike.

Anyone have any luck with finding bulk sets of lights below wholesale? Any companies you have contacted?
Ive had some luck bargaining with QBP etc but not like the PB deal was.

PB seems to have cut us off with almost 400 kids in this years programs.

Figured id ask here before blind emailing companies.

Thanks
