Hey there-

You mentioned the Hub- that's how we are organized- the Hub is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (community center) umbrella governed by a board of directors with a number of projects working to fulfill the mission of the nonprofit.  Primarily, the board serves to manage the physical property and shared responsibilities of the nonprofit.

Do you have specific questions?

Hi all,

I'm looking for examples of two-in-one organizations....two (or more) named entities doing their respective business under one Tax ID....something like The Hub / Back Alley Bikes in Detroit, or Center for Appropriate Transport in Eugene.

Also welcoming of any feedback on the idea or practice of having multiple named groups doing related but different work within one organization.

Happy fall yall
