Anyone have any luck with finding bulk sets of lights below wholesale? Any companies you have contacted?

Ive had some luck bargaining with QBP etc but not like the PB deal was.

PB seems to have cut us off with almost 400 kids in this years programs.

Figured id ask here before blind emailing companies.
