I'm from Columbia--there are three resources you can try, just google them and call them to ask if they rent bikes.

First: Klunk, a regular used-bike shop (doubt it rents, but maybe. Maybe you can buy something for the cost of renting, who knows?)

Second: Walt's Bicycles and fitness (more likely to rent, I believe triathlete focused)

Third: Try-Athletics (A Tri shop, likely to rent, but probably pricey.)

That's all I got. You might try emailing No-Coast infoshop and asking if anyone there has any resources, provided that place is still up and going. You never know, they might just lend you a personal bike.
