What can they do to bring income to the business? fund raising? time and product donations? team building?  teaching? Bike skills for a coop can be learned in a short amount of time, it is the business skills and soft skills that are priceless and so necessary to grow a program and keep it healthy

What is considered fair compensation, salary or pay for employees of a bike cooperative?  I realize this will vary quite a bit depending on location, hours, experience and position of staff member,  shop manager or mechanic.
