I'm the executive director of
Phoenix Bikes in Arlington, VA. We're a nonprofit that uniquely combines youth education programs with a full-service bike shop. Over the past 14 years, we've engaged over 2,000 middle and high school students in our mechanics and riding programs, including over 1,000 who have learned mechanics and earned their own bike with us for free through our earn-a-bike program. We're hiring for our Education Program Manager position. This is the leader responsible for planning and executing our youth education programs and is super mission-critical, so we need to find someone fantastic!
