The focus is the most important. Do you focus on the voice of the business, "we assemble bikes and repair bikes" or do you focus on voice of the customer "we focus on improving the customers ride experience."

You will sell the customer similar focused cyclist to ride with, you will lift up their ride experience with the services they need, the products they need to be successful on the road. and as a mechanic,  Try to cut corners when you focus on customers ride experience.  It is a simple focus change, from VOB to VOC, and it is a huge change to focus on the Voice Of the Customer in all aspects of business.

Subject: [TheThinkTank] Bike Repair Checklists

Hey all,

My name is Henri and I'm working with Bike Newport (RI) to create a bike garage that is more accessible to diverse populations. I would like a bike mechanics checklist for volunteers to use as they're working on our bikes. Something that lists most of the required tasks and that they can just move through on their way to getting it road worthy.

If you have anything like this I'd appreciate it if you sent it our way!

Best,
