We are paying a negotiated $350/month for ~1600 sq. ft. of an old auto mechanic<br>shop built into the side of a hill. It&#39;s underneath our friends&#39; art warehouse space.<br>We also have a small yard of outside storage for our Earn-A-Bike program, as<br>
