13 bucks cost for Kryptonite U lock keepers

Hello, we (at the Durham Bike Co-op), have been buying a bunch of
locks off of "ACE Hardware Outlet". Namely the Masterlock Chain/Combo
lock. We ask for $5 to cover our costs for buying/shipping. This seems
to be a good price point. For some of the kids/youth (who've been good
volunteers), we just let them have one. If people want anything nicer
(ie, u-locks) we point people to the local bike shop. I'm curious to
hear about the low cost u-locks.
