Folks would post what tools they have and if there's any services that they'll provide. I think it would be a great way to promote cycling advocacy and education in small towns with no coops.

I'm vacationing in Manatee, FL. My girlfriends family asked for my help fixing all of their bikes and I don't have my tools and the closest bike coop is in St. Petersburg, so it got me wondering if anyone's considered a virtual tool sharing library for bicycle tools. It could be a great resource for towns which a brick & mortar bicycle coop isn't yet self sustainable. If I lived in a small town, I'd for sure host one.
Perhaps it could be a mobile application?
