[TheThinkTank] how to contribute

Hi Moderators,

I've subscribed to this list for about a year now but never posted. I tried to respond to a thread recently but got a message about being bounced while waiting for moderator approval. Is this standard operating procedure for every post or is there some route I need to take to be able to post?
