Hello Emily,
Have you seen these videos out from CAN-BIKE Manitoba? "Safety videos are generally pretty boring, but they really don't have to be. We wanted to poke fun at the stale, old-fashioned safety genre through the use of dry/ridiculous humor."
CAN-BIKE: Canadas bicycle education program on cycling safely and enjoyably on the road.

Hello Bikey Friends,
A local healthcare organization just released a helmet PSA http://www.multicare.org/home/helmetfacts aimed at parents, highlighting the dangers of riding bikes - brain injuries, fatalities, collisions, and other scary stuff. I sent them an email expressing my concern that this PSA will deter parents and children from riding, and that this will actually decrease the safety of bicyclists, not to mention that bicycling is part of a healthy, active lifestyle, etc., etc., etc.
Anyway, they were not very responsive to my message, and I would like to send them examples of effective helmet campaigns that highlight safe behavior and helmet use without talking about dying children.
If you know of any examples of positive helmet campaigns, please send them my way!
Thanks so much! Emily
