I want to increase the availability and number of bikes in a neighborhoods.  I am writing an agreement with a couple of community centers with these requirements:

1.During the winter they have to provide transportation to a build-a-bike class for kids. Hopefully,  about 40 kids total will want to do because the centers will have to pay to get a bus.

2. I will  give the community centers approx. 15 or 20 bikes.  They will have to maintain the bikes, and have weekly rides with adult ride leaders.

3.I will teach ride safely classes

4. I will need them to collect relevant data, which I need to use later.

Do any of you see any pot holes I am missing?

.
