Awesome!
Just design a site (general look, graphics, css) like you normally would -- but with dummy topics. Try and keep menu items in a text format instead of using graphics. Jay (www.sopobikes.org) and I (www.slcbikecollective.org) will convert the site you create into a Joomla! template.
Basically we just need an html template, graphics, and style sheet -- all the content gets auto-generated from a database.
How does that sound?
