Just realized the code is also freely available for forking and running on your own server: https://github.com/asalant/freehub.

Is anyone from SFBC coming to Bike!Bike! this year? I would love to talk about the future of this project, or even better, have someone run a workshop about its capabilities, history, and future development.

That freehub system looks pretty cool. I'll have to look at it more closely when we get up and running.

 

For scheduling, Google Calendar would probably be enough, but I don't think you could do tracking of volunteer time easily.
