There is a significant service component to a bike share program. Bike library's need initial builds, repair, redistribution and maintenance. Your bike program might be able to provide that service, generating excess $ to fund other programs.

It is likely that it is beyond the scope of our mission and our supply of volunteer help for such an endeavor. We were considering putting together a list of recommendations for groups wanting to compile a bike share/library system. Do any of you have this type of document or handout and can share with us?
