Hi Mike,

Charleston used to house the Holy City Co-op but they've been defunct for a few years.  Cola Town Co-op is operating out of Columbia and Clemson Recyclery is a campus bike shop.  

I'm unaware of any other bike projects in SC.  Best of luck with the search.
