Ariel from bike farm here in Portland. We had our second meeting and need to have board of directors elections.

Wondering what types of positions/non-heirchical set-ups people have... what do you use as formalities just for legal purposes.

Job descriptions would be useful also.

 

We were going to use the premise of the three requirements:

either you

-have a skill to contribute

-money to help it get going

- or time to contribute...

 

any ideas? let us know..
